Your New Role: Analyst, SAP IP and Deal Management
This role plays a key part in managing rights and royalties within the SAP IPM and CRM framework. It requires configuring and optimizing system performance, ensuring smooth integration, and aligning technical setups with business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Project Management:
- Configure and customize SAP CRM and IPM modules (rights, royalties, license workflows)
- Align system functionalities with company policies and industry practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system specifications and improvements
- Perform thorough testing and validation of system setups
- Work closely with developers and IT for smooth system integrations
Strategy:
- Partner with business teams to assess needs and align processes
- Create and present strategic plans for executive teams
- Develop KPI-driven dashboards and business intelligence tools for planning and tracking
Analytics:
- Conduct performance analysis and identify improvement areas
- Engage in key stakeholder meetings to align with ongoing and future initiatives
Key Technical Skills:
SAP CRM, SAP IPM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Business Intelligence Tools (Tableau, Power BI – preferred), Financial Modeling, Data Analysis, CRM Configuration
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of SAP CRM configuration experience
- Background in media, entertainment, or streaming services (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Excel (financial modeling) and other MS Office tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong team collaboration and multi-tasking ability
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends or holidays
- Willingness to work overtime/on-call as needed
Preferred (Not Required):
- MBA with 1+ years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with media/streaming trends and players
- Experience in national or global organizations
- Exposure to data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI
